Knowing what you should expect from your first appointment with us will help to make the process much more pleasant for both you and your pet.
We ask at all of our new clients to come at least 10 minutes early for their appointments in order to fill out our New Patient Form. To save a bit of time, you can complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
A member of our veterinary team will be able to review your pet's history and discuss their issues. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and we will be sure to dedicate time to answering them.
Once your pet has had their health assessed, we will be able to provide you with a diagnosis and treatment options. Your veterinarian will be able to work with you in order to determine a treatment plan for your pet.
After your visit, we will create a detailed report of our diagnosis, the discussion we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on hand whenever you need it.
